Minutes of the online Annual Meeting of the Council held Thursday 7th May 2020 at 7pm via Micrsoft Teams.

There were no members of the public present. The meeting opened at 7pm 

20/037/OM.            Apologies for Absence. 

There were no apologies for absence 

20/038/OM.            Declaration of Members’ Interests. 

There were no declarations of interest. 

20/039/PM.            Approve the Minutes of the Planning Meeting of 23rd April 2020 and Ordinary Council Meeting 2nd April 2020. 

The minutes, subject to any amendments, were unanimously approved, and will be signed as a true record by the Chairman in due course. 

20/040/AM.            Approval of the Minutes of Annual Meeting of the Council 15th May 2019. 

The minutes, subject to any amendments, were unanimously approved, and will be signed as a true record by the Chairman in due course. 

20/041/OM.            Approval of the Annual Return documents 2019/2020. 

The Clerk presented the 2019/20 Governance Statement, which was approved and signed by the Chairman; followed by the Annual Accounts which were then approved and also signed by the Chairman. 

Cllr Dyos gave a vote of thanks to The Chairman and Vice Chairman for all their efforts this and this was seconded by the other councillors. 

The meeting closed at 7.13pm.
