Wine Quiz
The Fulking Social Committee is delighted to present a light-hearted Wine Quiz hosted by renowned duo of Toby Peirce and Bob Rowland on Saturday 24th January in Fulking Village Hall at 7.30pm.
There will be 8 superior wines from Quaff to discover with nibbles provided to clear the palette. Naturally the quiz winners will receive a handsome prize in addition to enhancing their wine buff credentials. Everyone will also have the chance to participate in a raffle. As this is a quiz and not a ‘call my bluff’ quiz, you can confidently expect fewer wine fibs and more wine facts.
It’s £15 a head or £100 for a table of 8 – and tickets are selling fast.

St. Andrew’s Day Quiz
A table has just become vacant for the quiz that is taking place this Friday, 28th November. If you want it, you need to round up three other people and call 01273-857322 or 07812465557 as soon as possible. The event is at 7:00pm (for 7.30pm) at Preston Nomads, tickets £7.00 per person which includes a Ploughman’s Platter. There will be a bar and raffle and, as the date suggests, the quiz is held in support of Edburton Church.

In the Village Hall on Friday 19 December from 6:30pm. Entrance free but please bring a dish of savoury eats. White wine and mulled red will be available, as well as soft drinks. Toddlers/Family Coffee
A reminder: the Toddlers/Family Coffee event at the Village Hall takes place every Wednesday morning from 10:00am–11:30am. It is a fun time with play & music & drinks! It is informally run by everyone! The cost, per session, is a donation to the Village Hall Fund of £1 per family.

Harvest Festival & Picnic
October 19th — a traditional Harvest Festival Service at 11.00am will be followed by our ever popular harvest picnic — bundles of harvest/ploughman’s food tied up in a knapsack and eaten inside or if fine in our grounds, allowing us to take a little ‘time out’ and relax and enjoy our surroundings.
