Cat AWOL
Has anyone lost a cat? We have had one move in on us much to Lola’s interest. We will be happy to return it to the owner(s) if they can describe it to us.
Bob & Pam (271)
[24 hours of Lola was sufficient — the cat has departed.]

Note: The cast includes a well known local celebrity. When his or her identity becomes known in December it will attract attention in the local press and tickets will sell out rapidly. If you want to attend, you should probably purchase tickets before the end of November (on sale at the Royal Oak from this weekend and via poynings.net soon thereafter).
St. Mary’s bazaar
A Christmas bazaar is scheduled for this Saturday in the Victorian Music Room (see above) at St Mary’s House, Bramber. It will run from 10:30am to 12:30pm with lots of stalls, including home-made cakes, preserves, books and bric-a-brac. Admission is £2 for adults and includes a mince pie and cup of coffee or tea. Children free.
