A talk to be given at Beeding & Bramber Local History Society by Trevor Povey, an engineer and local historian who worked at Southdown for twenty years. At Beeding & Bramber Village Hall, High Street, Upper Beeding at 7.45pm on Wednesday 6th November.

As your waste or recycling collection was missed on Monday 28th October due to severe weather, collection will take place on Saturday 2nd November. Please place your bins out ready for collection on Saturday. Garden waste – please leave your bin out now and the crews will be catching up throughout the rest of the week. There will be no bin or sack collections due to severe weather on Monday 28th October, so please do not put your bins out tonight. You are advised to secure bins and anything loose in gardens if possible, as extremely high winds are expected. MSDC website and twitter (@msdcnews) will be used to communicate any more information.
