You are cordially invited to attend the extraordinary meeting of Fulking Parish Council on Tuesday 13th August 2019 at 7.00pm, at The Village Hall, Fulking for the transaction of the business on the Agenda below.
Following the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014, and with regard to regulations on Access to Local Government Meetings, members of the public are advised that they have a right to film/record the meetings of Fulking Parish Council. Members of the public are also advised that by attending a meeting of Fulking Parish Council, they give their consent to being filmed/recorded by other members of the public, if such activity is taking place.

- Planning Matters: To comment on planning applications received from South Downs National Park being: SDNP/19/03567/HOUS 2 Paythorne Farm Cottages Edburton Road Fulking BN5 9LP construction of new front porch; demolition of rear porch, reconstruction as utility room and c. with extension to side to boundary with No 1 and SDNP/19/03354/HOUS Downside Poynings Road Fulking BN5 9NB Single storey timber framed and timber clad garage and games room structure.
