Fulking Parish Council (FPC) is a branch of English local government and operates accordingly. Meetings are open to the public and so any villager can attend. If you just want to listen to the proceedings then all you need to know is the date, time and location of the meeting (normally Fulking Village Hall). But if you want to participate in some more active way, by speaking, say, or by getting a topic onto the agenda, then you need to know the relevant rules that govern the proceedings. Some of these rules are generic to all formal meetings (as in ‘Robert’s Rules’) but others are specific to English parish government. Our website now has a Q&A reference page for FPC which you should probably look at if you wish to ensure that your views are properly considered.
