Ordinary Meeting of Fulking Parish Council 11th July 2019
You are cordially invited to an Ordinary Meeting of Fulking Parish Council, at the Village Hall on Thursday 11th July 2019 at 7.30pm, the meeting will consider the items set out below.
Following the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014, and regarding regulations on Access to Local Government Meetings, members of the public are advised that they have a right to film/record the meetings of Fulking Parish Council. Members of the public are also advised that by attending a meeting of Fulking Parish Council, they give their consent to being filmed/recorded by other members of the public, if such activity is taking place.

Public Participation: There will be a period of 15 minutes set aside at the beginning of the meeting for the public to ask questions or make comments on items on the Agenda. Comments on items not appearing on the agenda can be made at the chairman’s discretion.

Table Tennis: at 7:30pm on Fridays June 14th, 28th and 12th July in Fulking Village Hall. [I myself won’t be playing on the first date as I am still recovering from illness.]

Table Tennis: Friday 31st May at 7:30pm in Fulking Village Hall. Just to confirm that table tennis is happening tomorrow. I will be a non-playing observer on this occasion following my recent escape from hospital, but will be cheering everyone else on.

Walking/Running
Come and Join the ‘Fulking Foxes’ every Monday evening at 7:00pm on the North Town Field. A sociable walking and running group. You don’t need to be a runner. Bring your dog for a walk or kids for a scamper.It’s just a way of getting out, exploring the countryside and meeting each other. Every Monday (during term time) after yoga: 10:45. Cream Teas in Fulking on Saturday in aid of St Andrew’s

If you are out and about this coming Saturday (25th), please do come and visit us at Fulking Village Hall where we will be serving coffee and cake, and cream teas from 11:00am until 4:00pm. There will be bric-a-brac to browse through and Book Nook will also be open where we have had an influx of new books (more books always welcome).
